Gadi Aner,
Chairman & CEO Mr. Aner has founded and managed several high-profile hi-tech companies, including Symposia (Israel) Ltd., Verdant Biotechnologies and Pharmore Therapeutics Ltd. He has a wealth of experience in various sectors of the hi-tech industry. His achievements include the development and implementation of software and online applications for events organization; the improvement of agricultural biotechnologies to enhance crop resistance; and the advancement of reduced-toxicity compounds for the treatment of cancer in collaboration with the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology |

Gabby Klausner, CFO Gabby Klausner is responsible for all global finance and administrative functions at Acro, Inc. She has an extensive experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Acro, she served as a cost analyst for Vishay Israel's optical components center (opto fab) in Yoqneam, Israel. Previously she was the controller for CyOptics, Inc. and its Israeli subsidiary, CyOptics Israel Ltd. (Vishay Israel acquired the latter in 2005). In the past Gabby was deputy controller for SemiConductor Devices (SCD), and an account manager at two large Israeli accounting firms. Klausner, a licensed CPA, holds an MBA from the University of Haifa, and a BA in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University. |

Shai Markevitch, CMO Mr. Markevitch has extensive international business experience, planning and implementing business development strategies, leading sales teams, and planning product roadmaps. Prior to joining Acro Mr. Markevitch served for many years as business development manager for several international companies like HP and Amdocs, in the US , the European market and Israel , where he led sales and marketing efforts in various countries and subjects. Mr. Markevitch holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. |
